Most of what we build starts because something in front of us was actually unresolved: a map that was wrong, a record nobody trusted, a tool that did not exist yet. We built the answer. Whether it became a client's came after.

Once something works, we would rather it be useful to more people than locked to the one deal that paid for it. That is the only kind of abundance we trust. Not more clients. More use.
